All RE service technicians go through an extensive training on every printer we service.
RE provides authorized factory service for Brother, HP, Lexmark, and OKI. Technicians are dispatched via their cell phones for timely repair.
Place service calls, view open calls, order supplies and that’s just the beginning.
Each time RE “touches” a printer, we assign the printer with its own unique ID number. This in turn allows you to place service calls on-line, view a specific printer service history or run a variety of reports to help manage your printer inventory and consumable purchases. Best of all, it’s free! No software to load or purchase.
RE will issue you a login and password, and you’re ready to start managing your printer inventory immediately.
RE is Factory Authorized Warranty Repair facility for Brother, HP, Lexmark, and OKI.
Providing on-site and depot printer repair during the manufacturers One (1) Year warranty period. RE also offers extended warranties and service plans to accommodate your service needs once the manufactures warranty period expires.

$90/hour + $20 Travel + Parts
Brother, HP, Lexmark, OKI & Samsung:
$100/hour + $20 Travel + Parts
$175/hour + $20 Travel + Parts
We require a credit card up-front for onsite service for new customers! If technician is looking at more than one printer we will give a $30 discount per machine.
